Terms of Service

Last updated: 15 September 2026

These terms apply to the online service-business management platform and are intended for business and professional users.

Using the service

The service provides booking, calendar, staff, client, forms, payments, memberships and plans, waiting-list and related management features, including public online booking. You may use it only for lawful business purposes and in line with these terms.

You must be authorised to create or manage an account for your business. You are responsible for the accuracy of account information, the actions of your users, keeping passwords and access devices secure, and telling us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

Your business and customer data

You are responsible for ensuring that you have a lawful basis to collect, use and share customer and client information through the service. You must give your customers appropriate privacy information and respond to their rights requests as required by law.

You are also responsible for the accuracy, legality and appropriateness of information, services, prices, availability, booking terms and other content shown through your public booking page. You must not use the service to store or transmit unlawful, harmful or infringing content, or attempt to disrupt, misuse or gain unauthorised access to the service.

Subscriptions, availability and changes

Any subscription, charges and payment arrangements will be shown to you when you sign up or otherwise agree them with us. Fees are payable as agreed. We may change, improve or withdraw features where reasonably necessary, including for security, legal or operational reasons.

We aim to keep the service available, but do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or available at every time. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance, non-payment or a material breach of these terms.

Ending access

You may stop using the service in accordance with your subscription arrangements. We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach, where required by law, or where continued access creates a security or legal risk. Account closure and data handling are subject to applicable retention, security and legal requirements.

Ownership and liability

We and our licensors retain ownership of the service, its software, branding and related intellectual property. We give you a limited, non-transferable right to use the service during your valid subscription.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, goodwill or business opportunity. Our total liability arising from the service is limited to the fees paid by you for the affected service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Privacy, law and contact

Our handling of platform account and operational data is described in the Privacy Notice. Where we process your customer or client data, we do so to provide and support the service, on your documented instructions and subject to legal and security requirements. You remain responsible for your controller obligations in relation to that data.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. Questions about these terms can be sent to dubblseven@gmail.com.
